Author Guidelines
General Comments
The manuscripts should be submitted for review in any computer readable and editable form in a Camera-Ready format, with all figures and tables placed within the text near their first reference. The lines and pages should be numbered and the margins wide enough to accommodate review comments; although, the reviewers are expected to review the manuscript in a format that resembles the final appearance of the published manuscript.

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors grant the journal right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) following the publication by the journal, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

Author Fees
This journal charges the following author fees.
MCFNS Fast-Track Review fees: 450.00 (USD)
You may expedite the review of your article by selecting the Fast-Track Review. This fee guarantees that the review, editorial decision, and author notification will be completed within one month. To reward their service, dependable reviewers and editorial board members who frequently process Fast-Track submissions receive a 50% discount on these fees. Fast-track fees apply to all articles published during or immediately following the month of submission.
Article Publication fees: 500.00 (USD)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover the publication costs.
Additionally, if the submission article is not submitted in LaTeX using the MCFNS stylesheet, there will be charges for coding the article in LaTeX at the rates of $50/page or $100/hour, whichever is less.
The fee is waived for all invited publications. For manuscripts submitted in LaTeX the publication fee can be waived for authors from economically disadvantaged countries and for any individuals not currently employed by an institution that can pay the publication fees. The most active members of the MCFNS Editorial Board get a fee waiver for one publication per year and a 50% discount for any additional publication fees. Furthermore, if you do not have funds for any other reason to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to have the publication fee waived based on an application at the submission time. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy works.
